Goaltending is my biggest concern with this team, and isn't an area that seems to be garnering a lot of discussion. As Canadian fans we've seen poor goaltending torpedo our finishes at this tournament.

I watched DiVincentiis get lit up by a low-scoring Ottawa team just a few days ago. He is nowhere close to being at 100% or playing up to his potential (which we saw last year). I'm puzzled by his inclusion.

Unfortunately, Hockey Canada tends to look at the goaltenders resume as opposed to how he is currently playing. When it comes to goaltending I would rather go with the hot hand. Both Rousseau and St.Hilaire have the best numbers this year but they are also undrafted.

No Goyette sucks. He's an offensive dynamo. Allard over him is shocking.

This is... Well, underwhelming. No Goyette? No Heidt? No Cristall?

Thank god we have Paul Ludwinski ans Owen Allard lol

The PP is already full of top offensive talent. No room for guys like Heidt and Cristall this year, just like there wasn't room for Savoie and Dumais last year.

I don't know if Ludwinski and Allard will make the team, but at least they would fill a role on the team as 4th line defensive/energy guys.

The fact that he's on the camp roster means they will, unless there is some injury emergency where they need him.

You’d think after 2 decades of the more talented 18 year olds getting sent home for less talented 19 year olds people would understand that is going to continue to happen.

its still a very good team even with all the players missing, no need to be so pessimistic
