This is bullshit. The teams in the tax exempt states have that advantage. That 5.75 million is 6.5 in New York. There needs to be a soft cap to adjust for this. Heavily taxed teams in Canada, New York, California, etc can go over the hard cap by the percentage of which the contracts are taxed in that state.Benefit of being Florida
