Almost like a certain team is demanding a specific pick be included.
Yea but then again, last year we had 2 first rounders and used them both.

It's very possible that CMac plans on using his first next summer in his quest to rebuild the farm.

No team offered anything more? Really?

Damn.
NTC (8 teams?) and teams are working to resign him. It was basically Vegas and Tampa for a while. Vegas just had to give more than Tampa.

Having the pick to trade doesn’t mean they will pull the trigger. Just both teams having a 24 1st still isn’t coincidence.

Tampa is barely in the PO's or just outside if I remember right. Kinda crazy they're still gunning for big moves.

Just how they are wired… and the rebuild when it happens is going to be long and painful regardless at this point. Might as well just keep pushing.

That team is very clearly cooked though.

Seravalli doing propaganda again, I see. What, did someone on the Flames shoot him a text? Trading 3 top four defensmen and two top six forwards for two late 1sts, Sharangovich, several mediocre prospects, and a bunch of mid-round crap isn’t ”monster” work. No mention of the fact that they flat out traded a 1st a year ago to dump Monahan for future considerations either, of course.

Yeah there is a lot of quantity… but the quality is basically Sharangovich right now. They’ll have to draft very well to make this worth it

AND they got guys they can bring in for next year to extend the window and don't have to tear it down as much.
Yeah Fatty alone could buy time if he really clicks. Still not likely, but it’s the best bet they can make.

Yup. Now a 4C and the best Winger left. I have high expectations now.
