Diggs whining his way out of Buffalo because Allen wasn't throwing him the ball fifteen times a game by rote is doubly hilarious now that he's fighting for looks with Dell and Collins in Houston.
An NFL receiver whining? Wow, that's a first. Those guys never act out like primma donnas. As a position group they are so selfless.

Man, they should’ve easily won that game. Bellinger getting called for a face mask when he was the one getting face-masked was one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen and it killed their drive. And then picking up the flag after the clear holding on Dowdles TD? Comical.
I think you have to decide what you want for the Giants in future seasons. If you want to see a coaching and managerial change they have to endure this.

Schoen whiffed on Neal and Thibs (so far), but he made some solid picks outside of Nabers in this most recent draft and bringing in Bricillo was huge. I truly want to see what he and Dabes can do with their QB, so I’m good with the youngest team in the league showing incremental improvement in important areas while hopefully losing enough to draft their QB.
Nabers is awesome, hope he is okay

Daniel Jones just ain't it man. He wasn't particularly bad last night, but he wasn't particularly good either. You can't win consistently with him. Gotta get a new guy in there.
His arm is shot from the neck injuries I think. He used to be money on deep balls, but everything is short and it’s causing minimal YAC for his receivers and just misses on any deep shots.

That’s a fair outlook.

You're right, it seems like every deep ball that needs to get there is severely underthrown.

There were multiple high-leverage situations last night where the receiver got separation, but then had to slow down to adjust to the ball being delivered short. Frustrating as hell.

If Nabers is out for any length of time, the season is basically already done.

How does his contract work rebuilding-wise? Tank a couple of seasons, draft your next QB and once Jones is done off you go? Perhaps he plays well enough to be traded to a team with QB woes, e.g. injury?

I find it funny that in american football you entertain the thought that any team can make it. In NHL you knew before the start of the previous season Chicago, Sharks, Ducks aint got nothing to do with playoffs.

In premier league soccer you know that Fulham, Brentford, Ipswich etc aint got a chance for the cup.

But in american football, where the Giants are predicted to be 5th worst team in the league, fans still dream of winning it big, or making the playoffs.

Maybe its the short regular season and playoff format that keeps peoples hopes alive.

Im now dreaming of Commanders making the playoffs with the 2-1 start we got  a sweeet pipedream!

No sport in thr US has quite the reliance on coaching that American football does. That and raw emotion and willingness to agonize to win. Apparently the injury rate in the NFL is 100%. By that I mean any normal person would have to seek medical treatment for an injury that NFL players ignore. There is a reason the average NFL player’s lifespan is lower than the average person and too many seem to develop scary neurological conditions like CTE or some form of ALS. All of this means that you can turn around a football team much faster than any other sport. Maybe not worst to first but certainly from worst to respectable.

Do the Jets EVER win games they should? Losing to Bo Nix throwing for 60 yards is borderline disgusting. Zach Wilson in the building and they decide to play offense like his teams did today.

Robert Saleh is stealing a living. He’s said the same bullshit for three years after each game with a dozen plus penalties - “We’ll figure it out”. The team is consistently unprepared and undisciplined.

Lmaooo my parlay hit,

Mclaurin, Daniels and Robinson for TDs

Had also single bets for Mclaurin and Robinson. Too bad i had $10 on singles and $5 on parlay, had $5 on parlay but asked mt GFs opinion if we should just go with 5 since we'll lose anyway
