45% of the team as keepers is the maximum I can tolerate.

But I can tolerate what we have currently.
I absolutely do not want more keepers.

Plus...
I want to keep the 2 rookies stipulation...
So even the winner has to keep at least one.

I believe you did not get extra years...

Levi is not eligible to be kept as a rookie...
Because we are not allowed to keep rookies picked up after the trade deadline.

I think he can keep Hughes because he had him as a rookie, which doesn't count towards his 3 keeper years...I think Hughes will be on year 3 right now, but I think he's going to have to tag Vasi and Panarin.
