I'm probably in the minority but if I'm CMac, I'm calling the Rangers about a Nuke-for-Kreider swap.

It's a risk for the Rangers, no question but if Nuke stays clean they win this trade hands down.

For the Avs, the reason for this is obvious - after 2 lost playoffs, it's time to get more certainty in the Top-6. Kreider can be that PP presence in front of the net we haven't really had in a few years and I think his skating will hold up for the approximate 2.5 years left he has on his contract.

Nichushkin can't stay away from blow and hookers in Denver.

You want to send him to New York City?!?

Exactly. Test his resolve. If he wants to stay in the league, he'll keep his nose clean. Literally.

Also, that's why you're getting a 33 year old Kreider in exchange and not someone better.

I think I'd rather just take the chance they can get rid of his contract if he can't stay off the rails.

Personally, I just can't risk the timing - two frikkin' years in a row at the most important time of year.

If he gets suspended again before the TDL - sure, we'll have that cap space but we'd also have to spend assets to use it and replace a Top-6 forward.

I think there is a NYR-Avs trade involving Val that makes sense. Lots of options - and no not Shesty because they still need a G.

Kreider/Kakko/Schneider etc

I see a lot of PR for the Colorado River, and I mean why not, it's a great body of water.

But why are we also not trumpeting Aurora Reservoir. Was Panarin even told about that majestic loch.
Apparently there's even a new water treatment plant... these are the types of informational videos that need to share that could make a difference with players...

Yes. Exactly. This is the stuff hockey players yearn for. They want to know that the ice they skate on is clean. They don't want it dredged from the Hudson and to trip over a used diaper or a shopping cart as they skate around MSG or whatever.
