Me neither and no interst in Marino at 4.4 thats why the Devils want him gone .That's the thing - they're not a wash to me.

If CMac wanted to pump Manson's value a bit it would make sense to seem like he's not keen to trade himDid people miss avs had no interest in moving manson that came from friedman or we just gonna take it with a grain of salt?
No, you delete.Delete
In fairness it's the 1 contract that stands out that needs to be moved.I’ll take his credit if it’s up for grabs
Do your job
Do we really need to be trading for more transition defensemen? Makar, Toews, and Girard all transition the puck phenomenally. One of Behrens/Malinski being on the roster next year also adds to the transition game.Statistically they were pretty similar this year. Obviously Marino doesn't bring the physical edge Manson does, but Marino is a better transition player.

Well considering Josh Manson is likely to miss 20+ games a season I think it'd make sense to get someone else that is capable of playing consistently. Especially considering getting a physical dman at the deadline is not overly difficult.Do we really need to be trading for more transition defensemen? This team needs someone like Josh Manson. IMO, he's a better player than John Marino.
I would rather not downgrade the team just to ensure the acquisition plays 20 additional games during the regular season.Well considering Josh Manson is likely to miss 20+ games a season I think it'd make sense to get someone else that is capable of playing consistently. He is a 2.5 mil 3rd line wingerThey gave up good value for Colton then locked him up for four years. For the Avs with non core players that as much term as they ever want to go.
There are cap considerations but it's a bit odd they're giving up on him so quickly.
In my opinion it signals Bednar's job is very very secure for at least another full season. He's the guy who's not deploying Colton.
So he's a better version of Wood.He is a 2.5 mil 3rd line winger
Let's get him at 50% so we can have him at $3.5M again...Kadri at 5.0M for Ross Colton and free icecream for life?
Offer Skinner $2M and he’ll play in the playoffs for the first time in his career. If no Drouin is there a position we can "spend" on?
Teravainen
Mantha
DeBrusk
Stenlund
Alexandre Carrier
Kylington
So that's a no?Offer Skinner $2M and he’ll play in the playoffs for the first time in his career.

This is the Way.Offer Skinner $2M and he’ll play in the playoffs for the first time in his career.
Couldn't get stenlund on 3x1.4-1.8, and kylington 2x1.1Nope. We don't have any space for any of these guys.
Maaaaybe Kylington since he isn't going to be much more than league minimum anyway.
Caleb Jones if we're lucky?I wonder who we target after Skinner signs in the east?
Would we prefer not to?Caleb Jones if we're lucky?
Suter.I wonder who we target after Skinner signs in the east?
