I am able to record, so at 7 I'll be recording the Panthers game and the Kingston game.
I won't be watching either cuz it's my son's movie night. Probably be watching Sing 2.
When it's done and he goes to bed, I'll be watching the Vancouver Giants game

The kid wants to watch it, and that's all. Don't think it's in theatres, at least not around here all the theatres are on lockdown. You can't buy it to stream, you have to rent it.
I heard one guy has already spent over $75 rent in the movie! Maybe having streamed Fox and the Hound 67 times for free is not that bad!

I'm staying home tonight and watching the game on TV because it's back-to-back games tonight and tomorrow for the Giants vs Prince George so I can afford to kick back on the couch for one night instead of dealing with the fact that the additional broadcast setup will encroach on the concourse and choke traffic up even further. Also it means that I don't have to go see them live wearing the awful "community heroes" alternate jerseys. Though I'll probably pay for that one tomorrow when they wear the even worse new white alternates that I'm terrified are going to become the team's regular uni set next year because I seem to be the only fan with actual taste
Unfortunately my thought that maybe the NHL Network would pick up the simulcast appears to be a bust. That's a shame.
No idea what the lineup looks like for the Giants tonight. Lysell hasn't played since just before the WJCs (and didn't play at the WJCs either from what I remember before the shutdown) so if he's out that puts a lot more pressure on Sourdif to be the offensive focal point.
Since I've got no Sharks game tonight maybe I'll hang out here during the broadcast and offer captain obvious observations, memes and sarcasm. That's pretty much my wheelhouse.

There are no video clip highlights on the Giants twitter feed. I guess a symptom of TSN having the broadcast rights?
Sourdif has mostly looked quite dangerous most times on the ice, even if he's now playing away from the top line talent he started the game with. Lots of aggression and forcing the Cougars to adjust to him rather than playing into their hands.

You know, if I didn't know any better I'd swear that the Cougars are the youngest team in the Western Hockey League.
