Lundell? No. Tippett maybe, the guy is not confident in his game. We needed him to step up recently and he really hasn’t answered the call. Not sure what his issues are but he needs to figure it out to stay in the NHL.
A lot to ask from a guy when he is forced to play with black holes in Thornton and Vatrano. Nevertheless, he remains behind expectations.

Crazy how quickly he kind of imploded. AHL is a good place for him for now. Practice his craft a little more.

Knight has not been anywhere near the same since the B to B on the road against the Rangers and the Devils. I think leaving him in to get pounded in Jersey, when he was off his usual game, but in fact the whole team sucked; was IMHO a big mistake by Bruno. His confidence was toasted after that.

He needs to stay in the 'A' and get some games in, and hopefully get straight and regain the swag he had going since arriving last year; as a 20 year old...which he still is!

Hopefully, Bob doesn't morph back into the Bob of last year. :eek:o_Owho really knows what we have in Johansson:huh:

So Knight couldn’t stop anything? Yikes. He has given up 13 goals his past two outings. Hope Bob stays healthy.

Bruno / Tallas destroyed his confidence. Tallas messed with his playing style and Bruno idiot kept him in those games

Tallas messed his playing style ? Tallas destroyed him ?

It’s getting ridiculous Mogo… You couldn’t even tell what style Knight really plays, you’ve seen the kid for 10 games like a lot of us… And you make claims like that with nothing to back it up…

I know that Tallas has been borderline Yandle-like in the fans affect for some years, like Brunette has for the last few weeks…

But this is ridiculous.

I didn’t like the decision to keep him in, it was a TERRIBLE rookie coach decision. I’ve said it.

But claiming Tallas has destroyed the kid and changed his play for the worst… It’s ridiculous.

Krygier with an assist on a nice little rush up the ice. His Michigan State Spartans beat Michigan Tech 3-2 in overtime in a non-conference game. He has three goals and four assists in 20 games this year.

Benning (8G-8A 18GP) with a 5-on-3 PPG yesterday in Denver's disappointing 4-4 draw against non-conference opponent Alaska Fairbanks.
Denver is the second-ranked team in the nation, Alaska is the 41st. Now you tell me which team enjoyed New Year's Eve? :D

I don't really pay much attention to the QMJHL, but I just checked in on LD Nause (2nd rnd, #56 '21), who is on the Quebec Remparts.
2 G, 11 A, 13 P, 26 GP

Maybe if all goes well we might see him on Team Canada in the wjc next season?

Maybe, but his ppg is actually down from last season. I haven't watched him yet this season, but at first glance it seems he is struggling a bit, and Quebec is a good team.
