Speaking of logical fallacies: where did I say he was a shit fielder? Don't lecture about fallacies after committing one yourself.
Once again, i'd like to see Gurriel try and make that play since people here are fawning over him so much.
He would have ran in on both of those balls. Such clueless people on hereOnce again, i'd like to see Gurriel try and make that play since people here are fawning over him so much.
Teoscar can at least pound the baseball. Varsho does nothing. They never even would've put him into CF to replace Kiermaier. It would've been Teoscar. Which also would've been an adventure.
Have you bothered to watch Teoscar at all this season or no?Teoscar can at least pound the baseball. Varsho does nothing.
What’s pitiful is all you do is whine, but you still watch. How about take a break for awhileWhat a great addition Varsho is. So pitiful
He would have ran in on both of those balls. Such clueless people on here
Teoscar despite his struggles this season is still better than minor leaguer Varsho.Have you bothered to watch Teoscar at all this season or no?
Lol, we are 1/3 of the way through the season and you’ve already written it off as a lopsided trade? That’s cluelessThe clueless people are those doing mental gymnastics trying to defend one of the dumbest and lopsided trades in blue jays history.

Hernandez was garbage in the OF he was expendable, Gurriel was better then Hernandez in the OF but he also wasn't the greatest ever, but he did have a hell of an arm, and his bat was good, I never agreed with letting him go.
Not sure who is more clueless. Someone who thinks defense doesn't matter or someone who thinks the only thing that matters is defense? Jays improved the defense but at what cost? Team can't score runs and Varsho is part of that problem for sure atm.He would have ran in on both of those balls. Such clueless people on here
That was before his defensive blunders in this game. I wouldnt be clinging to that 1.0 defensive WAR if I were you. He’s a black hole on offense 79 OPS+ LOL!Incorrect.
Hernandez: 51 GP - .232 AVG /270 OBP./.404 SLG, 9 HR, 674 OPS (88 OPS+), 0.4 WAR
Varsho: 51 GP - 209 AVG/.278 OBP/.361 SLG, 7 HR, 640 OPS (79 OPS+), 1.0 WAR
Varsho gets on base more, and unlike Teoscar isn't completely useless when he isn't hitting.
Barely missing robbing back to back homers isn't a blunder. Go crawl in the same hole shaner crawled out of.That was before his defensive blunders in this game. I wouldnt be clinging to that 1.0 defensive WAR if I were you. He’s a black hole on offense 79 OPS+ LOL!
also he was traded for Gurriel plus Moreno. The trade is not even close. Moreno would be the jays top catcher right now.

Meh they're not the YankeesI can see a Roger’s exec complaining about his hair and ordering shatkins to dump him. That’s how pathetic this organization is.
They’re creeping towards Steinbrenner Yankee territory.Meh they're not the Yankees
Maybe look at contracts and beyond year 1 - but ilm probably just cluelessThe clueless people are those doing mental gymnastics trying to defend one of the dumbest and lopsided trades in blue jays history.

Well Gurriel isn't here anymore anywaysthe irony is that the likely replacement manager if Schneider gets canned is Mattingly, who famously presided over a Yankees-esque hair policy when he managed the Marlins.
