Today's game would be completely different in every way if they hadn't clinched last night.
Have you watched this team all season and disappoint so many times?

Yeah Gausman would have likely not given up 8 runs before recording an out in the 2nd inning, but it wouldn't be a lock either to win.

It's now official. Jays play the Twins.

Maybe the Mariners should’ve not finished under .500 in September? In which case they likely would’ve taken a couple games from the Astros/Rangers, which makes the entire situation moot as the Jays likely would’ve finished ahead of one of those teams.

I didn't say it was a lock, but saying they got lucky to sneak in by going 2-4 the last two series is a little disingenuous when they literally didn't care whether or not they won the last game.

After the disappointment of the Texas series, they went on 9-5 stretch to clinch. That's not exactly backing into a playoff spot and relying on opponents to lose.

No point of arguing. We’ll find out the real Blue Jays in a week.

In 2020, Minny’s start time vs Houston was 1pm and 12pm.

Last year, Tampa/Cleveland series were both the first time slot for game 1 and 2: 12pm start time.

Expect that for the Jays. Probably 12pm on Tuesday and 12pm on Wednesday.

Houston was definitely their Daddy in that series.

Edit: Damn you and your quick editing.

This is what I was thinking too. Minnesota is not exactly a big Market team so they're going to get the least favorable Time start.

Is your M O to make up false statements? I said it’s bold for someone who never posts in this thread to come in and tell someone else they should leave.
What's the threshold, boss?

You run a tight ship around here, that much is certain.
