GWT: EPL - Matchweek 26 (ft. MW 29)

Jorgensen is a quality player. He's another one of those guys who fail in a different environment. Confidence is key for goalies, so that might not help.

Kulu has been our best player but you can tell the minutes he's played are having an effect. Still, what a finish that was today. Hopefully with some rotation he can get back to the levels he was at earlier in the year.


I think Tel is not a proper 9. He can learn a lot from Solanke though.

Djed is playing so well. I know we're not allowed to get excited about our players on this board, but he looks like the real deal, and again, needs to be in the England squad.

Tel was ... a CB.
Then he was moved at striker/winger much later in his development.
He's still learning and Bayern didn't play him at 9, so yeah, it's going to take a while. I was surprised the other day by his quality player back against the goal. So he has some real qualities to play there.

Who else would you have played, we literally don't have anyone other than Sterling and I'll definitely back Arteta on not starting him.

Agreed, but at the same time why on earth did Arteta acquire Sterling in the firdt place?
Everyone can see he's awful.
 
Hudson-Odoi puts Forest ahead after stealing the ball from Murphy. What the best result here would be for Chelsea depends on how the rest of the season goes for these teams. Maybe a draw would be the best bet.

Its crazy to me Brighton is in the hunt still after having a stretch of 8 games without a win in November.

Will they get top 4? Probably not, but they are back in the Europe conversation.

I will tell them that you said that :) I thought that at the minimum he’d be on the bench.

Having a feeling Savinho is their danger man today though.

Going back to the same lineup that we had against Villa is a choice but Slot has significantly shortened his bench so this is basically it, until Gakpo is 100%
