Would you rather us use up important arms in todays game? Something had to give.

Off day tomorrow and you aren’t using 8 relievers in game 1 of the WC so many will get 2 days rest if they are used today which is more than enough rest.

Jackson wasn’t used yesterday. He could have been used today. Clearly we weren’t trying to win.

Balanced out by the fact that the Rays started Jacob Lopez, so they clearly weren't trying to win either.

Not what you previously claimed. You said I needed to meet a threshold of posts to be able to comment. Wondering what the quota would be?

Unfortunately, it's impossible for some.
Is your M O to make up false statements? I said it’s bold for someone who never posts in this thread to come in and tell someone else they should leave. Reading comprehension is hard for some

Yeah I get it but I can’t see Parsons 4 innings of 9 run ball being more important than 2 innings Jackson could have given you today and potentially as your next man up in the pen in the playoffs if you have an injury.

Seattle blanks Texas 1-0.

Man ohhhh man. Did we get extremely lucky that Texas won yesterday or what?

Going into the final 7 games of the Texas-Seattle series, worst case for the Jays was 4-3 for one side.

And after Texas took the first 3, it looked good but in the end the Rangers won 4-3 of the remaining 7. Which was worst case for the Jays. Thankfully we clinched before hand.

Well the Jays are lucky to have snuck in, losing their last 2 series. Had to finish 1 game ahead the Mariners, and they just barely did.

I fully believe we would have won today if they didn't clinch last night. Just glad we didn't have to waste Gausman to do it.

We can thank everyone else for sucking. Only reason we got in is because we got lucky with out of town scores.

Timing is everything.

Let’s f***ing go
