And then it clicks somewhere else and you just turned into the Twins to someone elses Red Sox in David Ortiz career. There is absolutely no reason to bail on Vlad right no despite this season obviously being extremely disappointing for him.

He leads MLB in hard-hit balls, his peripherals are great and he’s getting BABIP’ed in a pretty huge way.

He’s a small technical adjustment (which is so frustrating it hasn’t been able to happen already) plus some luck normalizing away from mashing again. Maybe not 2001 levels but still very, very good.

This team just shits the bed at home

Road record has been very good but they can't hit in this park and lose so many winnable games

This team is so underwhelming. Even if they do sneak in they aren’t doing anything in the playoffs. It’s a typical treadmill team. A 200 million payroll for a team that has a decent season but clearly doesn’t have the talent to win a W.S. They’ll be lucky to get out of the WC round

That's exactly it for me as well.

While I root for them to make the playoffs my excitement just isn't there because deep down I feel they got no shot at doing anything in the post-season. I've never been much of a "get in and anything can happen" guy, and hoefully the Jays can prove me wrong.

But as of right now it's kind of a "meh" watching this team trying to scratch and claw its way into the post-season. The only reason they still have a good shot is because it seems no other AL West team wants it all that much. I can't give the team much credit with a straight face. I mean we might be looking at a 7-6 record during this "easy" stretch of 15 games.

Oof. Looked like his ankle dislocated?

They’d better be pinch-running for Kirk and not repeating previous mistakes.

Heineman is. Weirldy enough my feed cut to him making his way on base and went back to the commercial right after.

Thats a blown knee ligament or 2 , right after getting hit by the comebacker, rough.

And it took almost 20 seconds for the med staff to get to him, pretty lousy reaction time.
