SN adding ERA+ and OPS+ to the statlines this year it seems.

OPS+ seems useful as the average viewer probably doesn't have a great idea what a good or bad OPS is. ERA though, I'm not sure it's necessary. It's been around forever, anyone who doesn't immediately know how good an ERA is when the see it, won't know the + normalizes the average to 100 with bigger numbers being better. How long until we normalize every rate stat to an average of 100
