They know what they're talking about.
I am a benevolent ruler.
A man of the people.
If tomorrow we pick Michkov, I will welcome back all the doubters with open arms, into this great, GREAT new adventure, back on the quest to our glory of old.
Monopoly! RICO! LolYes and it's owned by Upper Deck.
I mean, if the draft starts at 7 the ETA of the 5th pick may be pretty close to 1010 pm
Anthony Martineau was able to get an interview with Mr Michkov, and posted it to Twitter.
Not sure who the guy is in the background but he certainly seemed happy to be there and see Mr Michkov.
i did! He's 6ft3 ready for playoffs!!Did you forget about his 6ft3, 230lbs body, and his boyish good looks and charm + interview skills?
Michkov will either go 2-4 range or slip to like 9-10 spot.
No in-between IMO.
The Caufield-Hutson Syndrome.I posted the exact same bracket except with Dvorsky going 7 and Michkov 8. I think people will be surprised how much smaller players end up falling. Benson will fall a LOT.
Yuppers. It might just get cringeworthy esp. if there’s a big faller or if Sakic the Fleecer flips them for a better return than Newhook. It’s going to be like watching a slow motion crash.
Monopoly! RICO! Lol
Habs draft him, drink.I’ve got my favorite bottle of Russian Vodka close by. It’s getting opened with or without Michkov being a Habs tomorrow.
I was expecting for someone to ask that. How tall is Martineau???????
After losing the lottery and being once again victims of the Pat Brisson 'f*** Québec' strategy, the Hockey Gods owe us one.
Here's how it's going to go down:
Bedard
Fantilli
Smith
Michkov
CARLSSON
I’d say in some cases it’s more of a “reach” than risk and in others it was development. We risked in taking Galchenyuk (did not play in his draft year), and failed.
We risked in taking Kotkaniemi (he was a reach because we needed a C), and we failed
We risked in taking A. Kostitsyn (a player with medical issue from a country producing few NHL players), and we failed.
And Caufield was not a risk at 15 after dropping there. He was then the obvious pick. Price was a risk.
Risking is not always the way to go.
I love it!I actually put money down on Carlsson at 25 to 1.

I’m a Chopin (potato) or Belvedere fan, literally can drink neat and chilled, goes down smooth as FakI’ve got my favorite bottle of Russian Vodka close by. It’s getting opened with or without Michkov being a Habs tomorrow.
Didn’t mean to bring up Newhook in that fashion. We already have two threads discussing that. The odds of getting a Newhook at 31 and 37 are not in their favour. I personaly have no issue with the deal myself.
