This is fine I guess. He's better than Wood but Wood's not coming. He's not better than Nate. I guess I'd have him as the extra for the 4th line and Yegor/Bo is the extra for the top 9.

Meh...4th liner averaging 12:10 a game on a crappy Canucks team that's signed for another 2 seasons at $1M.

Nothing too exciting, but that's what I wanted today - some minor depth moves at a good price.

My Rico dream was always a pipe dream and this probably signals the end of that.

That's actually a positive. Basically gives you a solid, NHL proven depth forward for the next 3 seasons so you don't have to continually spend each deadline for a depth piece.

Yeah it's only 1 mil for even if he falls off a cliff it's not a big deal.

Good depth, cheap contract, we gave up fairly little, not bad for a 13th/14th forward/4th liner for next year. Wonder if they view him as a penalty killer or anything.

Fitz getting a cost controlled forward in the midst of negotiations with Bratt and Meier. Maybe I’m looking too much into it but seems positive. Means we’re letting some FAs walk (Wood)
