When I think HF cult hero number one name I think is Hatem Ben Arfa
Lol! That was the one I was thinking about the most, but couldn't ever recall his name. He truly is the HF cult hero but goes beyond just this website. He might have been the most overhyped wunderkid of all time. Amazing talent and could've become a better Robben, but sadly nothing between his ears.

I can't remember if HF Man United fans hyped him as much, but Januzaj was another name that came to mind from my friends non-stop talking about him.

And Jese Rodriguez (RM) and Gerard Deulofeu (Barca) got a lot of hype after some tournament (U20 World Cup?).

I wasn’t on HF during the Januzaj years but the hype for him was pretty crazy. I do think a lot of that hype was due to him being the only remote bright spot in a hopeless season. Looking back he had the talent to be a decent winger I think. But never an elite one.

Another hyped United prospect was Ravel Morrison. I know he was supposedly rated higher than any youth player SAF had ever seen.

Chelsea's main MF targets remain Lavia and Caicedo, apparently.

Lavia's an interesting one because they've been tapping up interest for a year, and we have Shields.

Caicedo I can't see us having a chance on. Then again, we signed Kante after missing CL.

In regards to Neymar, that shouldn't even be a topic until we have sold 15+ players. Right now, the left side is Sterling, MM, Pulisic. Then you have Mount, Havertz, Nkunku, Gallagher, Chukwuemeka in theory who could all slot in that role as the “10” depending on formation. (false 9, pure 10, 8/10)

Need sales. Sales have to come first in EVERY position except 6 or 6/8.

Lavia is all potential and needs a lot of coaching help. Personally I wouldn’t sign him if I ran a team.
Lavia is weird. He’s probably best in a double pivot, but I don’t really think he is a DM and I don’t really think he is box to box. He has a ton of talent but he’s very much a tweener to me

Yeah so for me a team that has different managers every two years is not the best place for someone like that to go. I wouldn’t sign him to Liverpool either though. I don’t have the patience for that.

Lavia's raw, but whenever I've watched them for ABK Lavia's looked really good. If Martel hadn't come on so strong this season...and Can not reached a new level...I'd be a lot more jealous of our belgian neighbors.

I am very curious to hear what Poch is intending to do here formation wise.

I have always preferred watching teams with a pure 6 that shields the backline.

I miss Matic. Beautiful man.

It is really clear that Enzo needs that guy to support him. He also needs competent forwards.

I would touch Neymar for multiple reasons like the fact that he’s missed a ton of time for year as now and it’s not just for his sister’s birthdays. On top of that he chose to leave for PSG so he closed that door and threw away the key himself. That’s not to mention the financial outlay it’d probably take. That said, I could see him doing really well for us if he came back, but I’m not interested at all.

Deulofeu wasn’t that hyped around here. Not like a lot of the players already mentioned if much at all and post some youth tournament happens enough with other guys too. I would just add that while he’s not made the best career choices and has been somewhat unlucky with transfers, if you look at last season and this season before his injury he was clearly one of the best players in Serie A. Sadly that injury might well halt the run he was on for good.

Mane is reportedly looking to leave this summer, with Chelsea being thrown out as a potential landing spot.
It’s odd because I assumed Tuchel would get Mane back on track there.

He was reportedly Tuchel’s primary target ahead of Sterling.

Do not know if it was posted a few pages back but there seems to be some fire to the Pulisic to Napoli rumors, especially after their president said they need to sign an American lol

What’s the scouting report with Kim min Jae? Seems to be a decent amount of smoke linking him to United.
he's amazing. Maybe one of the italian posters can give you a detailed report, from my viewings he's very strong in the air and tackling, takes risks but usually successful. He's just a very powerful and commanding presence in the back.

Love the sounds of that.
