I think Mane waits one more season before actually leaving. He's been pretty injured as well and that could definitely affect performance and happiness.

No reason to get excited about any transfer rumor because absolutely nothing will happen until the sale is completed and at this rate, it will not happen until the window is closed.
I don’t see why? Regardless of owners the club itself supposedly has a transfer budget of 100mil this year before sales. Even then Qatar just put in their final bid. Ownership should be sorted out in a matter of weeks as they’re picking between two bids.

It’s odd because I assumed Tuchel would get Mane back on track there.

He was reportedly Tuchel’s primary target ahead of Sterling.

He just hasn't been worth the headache for them even after the coaching change and if they bring in more of a traditional 9 then Mane could make the most sense to sell to help fund it.

That's not been confirmed. That's just The Athletic's estimate. Nobody knows what the budget really is .

I mean regardless the club has X amount of money in the transfer budget for next summer. The club doesn’t just stop working because of the takeover.

The real question is can he run and turn tighter than a cruise ship?
He can, he's strong, fast and great positionally. His only weakness would be he's not highly technical, but he can play with both feet and he doesn't try to be more than he is, most of his passes are safe. We do have to keep in mind Coulibaly also looked amazing on Napoli though, and Kim's other ventures so far have been in the South Korean, Chinese and Turkish league, so there's a bit of buyers beware there.

Wild rumor of the day Barca want Kimmich.

Nothing about that in Germany, but Davies agent has said that "certain clubs" are interested in the canadian...with City & Real being rumored...and Bayern's board are said to be enamored with Rice as they look for a 6 to free Kimmich up more.

If they're selling Mane, Gnabry, Davies, etc., that could open a lot of funds...but that rumored Rice figure is crazy.

Deulofeu wasn’t that hyped around here. Not like a lot of the players already mentioned if much at all and post some youth tournament happens enough with other guys too. I would just add that while he’s not made the best career choices and has been somewhat unlucky with transfers, if you look at last season and this season before his injury he was clearly one of the best players in Serie A. Sadly that injury might well halt the run he was on for good.
I was definitely big on Deulofeu in ~2013 or so, and got really high on him during his loan at Everton when he had a couple really really good games (although looking at the stats now, he played less than I thought he did that year).

Verratti's available!
We have such a logjam in his position, but god I love Verratti and I still hope he plays for Chelsea one day.

My early reaction to selling RLC is that we should have held off longer.

Kovacic rumored to exit and it seems as if Kante extension talks have gone totally dead.

He’s happy to be a squad player and is technically and physically proficient. It’s hard to find guys willing to be in that role.

His wages are bonkers. If we can get 15m for him and have one fewer player in the equation, I'm okay with it.

A classic case of a player's versatility being a drawback rather than an asset. Outside of the season under Sarri (where he was our best midfielder), he's been plugged in all over the pitch and never consistently in one spot that he could claim. I still don't know what RLC's best spot on the field is. He also hasn't scored in the league for Chelsea since Sarri left. If Kovacic is a bigger goal threat than you, we have a huge problem.

I think RLC is the type of player would have florished with another premier league team. He has all the physical attributes and technical attributes to be a very good player too bad he re-signed with Chelsea back then to become a bench warmer.

Deulofeu has evolved into a good Serie A player, problem with him is that he's only good for half a season without injuries.
