Idk it seems lazy. Has Poch being like Koeman and just brought his countrymen? I dont recall. I doubt Enzo would make a difference, just because you have one player.
Part of the thinking is somewhat flawed, but when they lost Jorginho and Rudiger, they lost chemistry in the locker room, and now guys don't hang out much outside of the facility, so I could see wanting to get guys familiar with each other to try and create that tight atmosphere again. I don't fully believe the rumors either, but on some level I get it.
I think that's one of Poch's biggest tasks besides on-field performance, getting the players to feel like a team again, because right now they feel like mercenaries about to be fired, which for many is true.
