Do all of these threads have to devolve into whose dirty money is cleaner?

Can’t we go back to talking about how FdJ just followed some random Dutch Man United fan on Instagram so obviously that means he’s heading to United?
Omg, I got "operant conditioned" when reading this point and an amount of sheer terror flooded into my mind. Thanks, Jussi.

I'm accepting all dirty money if anyone wants to make a donation. Just PM me. I'll ensure it gets into the right hands and I'll disclose that it's dirty money.

Look at this guy trying to get ahead of the Glazers sale.

Major asshole with a meh record.
You know, when one of the positives in the article is “has a good sense of humor”, that doesn’t fill me with joy.

Came out of nowhere and beat quality (besides sense of humor) is that Klopp likes him; but apparently he is known an as asshole that pisses everyone off

As much as I love Klopp, he is becoming way too influential at LFC. I guess FSG are ok to put all their eggs in the same basket.

I was waiting to read that Jude isn’t going and that Dortmund will stop it.

If you travel a bit outside the western world, you understand why people call us westerners hypocrites.
We judge others while doing the worst things but we say "hey shades of gray!"
If you think non westerners don’t understand shades of grey and moral relativism, maybe you need to travel outside of the western world more. Or examine your biases

Rangers are letting Ryan Kent and Morelos walk for free, might be interesting players for some bottom half premier league club. Morelos is quality but there's something wrong there between the ears.

I mean as that fee keeps creeping up, I am becoming a lot more uncomfortable with it
How much did you expect?

Multiple reports are confirming the links between Alexis, and LFC. The top two in Argentina and Fab. Brighton and Liverpool maybe haven’t in discussion yet but I think it’s a safe bet that Liverpool and Alexis are. Liverpool will definitely send an offer imo.

So at the start of the week reports we’re saying 60-65. By the end of the week they were saying around 80

You know I like Alexis. I like him a lot less at 80m. I would be disappointed if he was the “best” midfielder they were able to bring in and 80m them bringing in someone better is a lot less likely.

@Corto @HajdukSplit How do you guys rate him?

Very calm, good on the ball, basically perfect positionally. Won himself a spot in the NT starting 11.
Weaknesses... I guess we're still to see how he handles big nasty forwards. He's 1.90m, so about middle of the park for a CB, not incredibly tall, but not short either.

I'm not saying he's the next Gvardiol (he's 23 btw), but he's hardly put a foot wrong in the last year or so, both for Dinamo and for the NT.

He's played 6 games so far for the NT (Dalic opted for Lovren in the WC, for more experience, turned out all right, but Sutalo at this point is the better player).
He played 90 mins every time, beating France, Denmark twice, Morocco, and Turkey. Against Mbappe and his boys, and against all these other forwards, he never once looked out of place.
Same for Dinamo in the CL - even if they were getting dominated by Milan, he was usually the best player along with the GK Livakovic.

I think he could be better in the air for his height (1.90m) and just might need some time to adjust to a big, competitive league (cause our league is not one of those).

Is he better than Saliba or Gabriel? Dunno. Hard to say.
(Gabriel looked pretty awful at Dinamo btw, so who knows)

At the very very worst, he's a massive upgrade over Holding.
And unless something goes wrong, he'll be pushing Saliba/Gabriel for a starting spot.
He's like... REALLY good, basically.

Will be interesting what United do at keeper over the summer.

Can't imagine they sign DDG to a new contract.

Henderson still has a couple years, but I'm skeptical United will move forward with him as the starter given they've had a million chances to do it previously and haven't and also it's a little uncertain given how much time he missed with an injury that could potentially affect things like explosiveness. However, if United make moves to bring in another #1 (either DDG on a very short extension or someone else) even with the idea that they'll provide backup for Henderson, I have to think Henderson would just say no thanks and look for a permanent move away. He's been passed over multiple times already and I think he'd love to do something like sign for Forest long term and be cemented as their #1.

There was rumours that they were interested in Bono but I find him way too similar to De Gea for that to happen (great shot-stopper, one-on-ones and poor with his feet along with the occasional gaffe). And he's definitely leaving Sevilla this summer.
