My guess is Croatia takes this. If they dont then Brazils got this
What a game! Cheering for Brazil but man Croatia just find a way. And arguably with a much weaker side than 4 years ago. That keeper is the player of the tourney for me already.
A structured and balanced squad beats a squad full of fire power that relies on a forward press. It happens every single time and was how Italy beat England at the Euro's.
Croatia's strength is their midfield and backline and they really gave Brazil few openings and the few times they got caught out, they quickly managed to recover.
Was completely laughable when after the draw was made, many thought 3pts against Morocco was almost a given.Group F was the group of death after all. Canada was still the minnow within it, but the narrative isn’t as straightforward as some may like it to be.

Croatia and Morocco are perfect examples of slightly less talented teams, but total team organization. Tactically, they've been perfect.
Watching the Canada team is like watching the Canucks, once they don't have the ball the whole defensive structure breaks down.
Best WC final in our generation. Wasn't around for 1982 but I hear that was fun.What. A. GAME. The greatest game of soccer, ever. NO hyperbole.
So happy for Messi and Argentina!!!

That one was ridiculous with Zidane getting sent off in the 118th minute. Imagine Messi headbutting someone today and missing an opportunity to take a pen?The closest to this one was 2006, which I remember fondly being an Azzurri fan.
But this had way more drama.
