In the end a good owner is in between the extremes of nickel-and-diming homegrown superstars and going crazy on the free agent market. People complain about Henry for letting Betts and Bogaerts go over a couple million when he's a billionaire, but I'm glad we're not in the situation San Diego is in right now where they're going to have to massively cut down and rebuild over the financial cliff they drove over.
