He is back.

He played 1 game in the KHL around 2 minutes of ice time and he is now playing in the VHL.

4 games - 4 goals - 1 assist - 5 points

Gotta love those Russian clubs f***ing over their young players. A whole 2 minutes of ice time, eh?!

Did the same to Yurov & Miroshnichenko last year.

Well, at least he's back playing even if it's the VHL.

Andrew Cristall is having a heck of a start to his draft season. Paired with his good performance at the Hlinka, he's looking more and more like a top 15 pick. Definitely a riser.

Yes, he's small. He's only 5'9 but he's a nifty little bugger. The size thing will work against him in this draft. But, considering he was rated late 1st, he's definitely the 1st big riser of the year.

Such a shame, best talent they've had coming out since Ovechkin and they still treat him like hot garbage. He's clearly too good for the VHL and he deserves to play in the KHL. What a disgrace that country is; holding hostage their own players and ''comrades'' and not wanting them to flourish elsewhere. Anyhow, I don't want to get all political, but this kid would've challenged Bedard for the first overall pick if it weren't for the iron grip exerted by Russia. I value Bedard so highly that that speaks volumes on my opinion of Michkov. He's the only one close to Bedard, in terms of skill level and potential, in my opinion.

It’s likely we end up drafting a franchise or at least top-like centre this year given how many are available in the top 10. That being said, our centre depth will be pretty stacked next year with suzuki-Dach-Beck-Dvorak-Evans-Mesar. Even if if we trade Dvorak, and move Evans and Mesar to the wings, Suzuki, Dach and Beck will still be 3 out of our 4 centres. We’ll be pretty stacked down the middle and the only problem I see with that is that none of those centres are 4th liners so maybe a trade for a #1 D from our centre depth?
