We hear that same argument every single year, and yet the CHL keeps pumping up stars and 1st OA players. Sale ain't top 3 right now, he might not even be top 3 for euro players playing pro right now (Michkov, Carlsson, Dvorsky).

It's still early, no need to die on this hill in September.

They are bad pros or they would play in a better league, there are at least 5 (probably 7) better leagues. And would argue that the DEL passed the Czech leagues in the last 5 years.

NHL, AHL, SHL, KHL, LIGA (not in order)

The Czech league is at best the ECHL...pretty sure Yager would do very well in the Czech leagues - pretty sure Bedard-Fantilli-Michkov (KHL) -Carlsson (SHL) would thrash it (apparently Bedard and Michkov are NHL ready right now...)

The playing against men argument doesn't hold a candle if your mens are bad hockey players. A good 40% of the CHL is not far from men fitness wise, but they are more talented. The best CHL teams are 80% men fitness wise and more talented.

Everybody would go to echl to make career and money over ELH oh my god, give me a break lmao. Looks like you dont know anything about euro hockey or you are just trolling.

There is more $ in the Czech league, that's a business reality - it's not a hockey reality. That's because the NHL and AHL are removing all the $ from the market vs. the ECHL. A lot of the ECHL are drafted in the NHL, who don't make it in the AHL. A lot of the Czech league is the same.

Only in the SHL or KHL there are players who make the NHL late...name me ONE Czech who came from the Czech league after 23-25? If you are Czech you either get drafted and join the AHL-NHL before you are 23 and then if you are not quite good enough, you end up in the SHL or KHL and THEN if you are not good enough you come back home. They are many ECHL players who made it in the NHL...
