About Carlsson vs Fantilli: Carlsson is way more slick and clever. Fantilli at this point is a collection of awesome physical traits. The good thing about these two is that they're playing at levels that tend to weed out the fakes.

So do I & I absolutely love Benson. Kid has magical hands.

Top 4, Bedard, Fantilli, Carlsson & Yager are just a step above due to size, skating, and elite skills too.

Yup……outside that top 4, he’s my #1 pick

Wonder if he’ll be a winger or centre at the NHL level. I can’t project that like you and many on here can.

If Dach turns out to be what made him 3rd overall, Yager would look great on his wing like Slaf and Caufield would with Suzuki.

We are so close to being so talented in that top 6

No his IQ is not "far above those guys" - I've been watching Sale for 2 years now, you have to calibrate what you see with the level of competition and track record. Hlinka was a good demonstration of that. He's a good player in his age group because of his IQ, but this is not a magical IQ. Challenger for the top 10, no more (only because this year is nuts.)

So you are saying that being point per game player as 17yo with 3rd line minutes, without pp time, in one of the euro top leagues is less impressive then playing against kids? So far based on competition and production he is top 3 pick, and there is nothing you can do to prove me wrong.

There is 3 games played lol, in the Czech league. The CHL teams are as good as the adult czech league teams...(many are better).

Every year is the same, "but he's POINT PER GAME" - then I look at the number of games played 1-3.

Let's see how he does over 40-50 games shall we?

PPG after 3 games means f*** all. KK was PPG+ after his first 7 games or so in Liiga in his draft season. He was wearing the gold helmet when I first saw him.

I don't think there's any evidence corroborating that right now. I'm very high on Sale but when you compare him to someone like Yager right now, I think it's clear you're taking Yager over Sale.

There's an entire scouting season left for that to change.

Sale would s** on CHL, thinking that CHL can compete against Czech ELH is nonsense, they would not stand a chance agains DEL maybe not even against EBEL, your take is absolutely ridiculous!
