We need to be all over him. With two high picks we can afford the riskMichkov drop is guaranteed

would like to be impressed by Fantilli but I haven't seen him in the 4 games at the WJC. He is invisible…I'm still waiting for Fantilli to actually wow me in a big game. I have a lot of questions on whether he can put those tools together against top end defenders.
Agreed. That’ s why We need to draft quality RD…I’m not sleeping on Mailloux but I don’t see too pair Dmen in him, way to many holes that will be tough to develop. His defensive game is terrible and he used to much his physical attributes to dominate, not sure about his IQ hockey.
Agreed.Leo is very strong on his skates and pretty hard to move off the puck, has a strong compact frame, strong stick and solid puck possession skills. Im pretty sure some folks will understand better why I have this kid over Fantilli after the WJC.
We dont see such high scoring league wide either... which probably indicates a flaw in the league rather than an all-time GOAT cuvée.
It's more because they have an incredible draft year with below average D+1 an D+2 and D-1 years = high scoring.
I’m heading to the old USSR today so I don’t think i should commentRussia is letting all their athletes leave still, Michkov is good to go, plus in three years Putin is probably donezo.
Habs fans should be dancing in the streets if we're lucky enough to land Fantilli in June.would like to be impressed by Fantilli but I haven't seen him in the 4 games at the WJC. He is invisible…
I would choose Carlson over Fantili...Habs fans should be dancing in the streets if we're lucky enough to land Fantilli in June.
Depends on your definition of "high"If Putin is "donezo" it will be because Russians will push for a bigger hard liner. And this won't be good news for the NHL.
Russian players are still accessible to this part of the world because of Putin.
Could Habs fans please remind me how the Habs got a second high pick. Whose was it? I'm not sure how to check this.

It's too early to say but so far the Panthers are having a terrible season so there's place for optimism. I really doubt that pick get in the range of Michkov (whether an unlikely lottery win or around 8-16 OA) but I do think the Habs pick could be in his range if he drop to 4OA. I'm eager to see how it shape out, having Michkov in Montreal would be such a dream scenario.Ah, Florida pick. I would expect the Panthers to play better in the second half.
Not only Moore is an elite skater, but he is a very good 2-way center, wins plenty of faceoffs, competes hard on 200 ft., wins most of his puck battles, has very good puckhandling and shooting skills. My top 10 is shaping up and I have Moore at 7 OV right now. I think the kid can become a very good 2nd line center. Ultra dynamic player.I think we draft Benson and Moore. Skating and hands are so elite. Especially Moore where he is a center.
Habs fans should dance in the streets if we're lucky enough to draft Carlsson as well. They're both high end prospects with large frames and projected to be centers in the NHL.I would choose Carlson over Fantili...
and I would take Fantilli before Carlson.I would choose Carlson over Fantili...
Well we expected them to play well in the first half and look how that turned out…..they are in a tough division and they are not good…..expect a bottom 12 finishAh, Florida pick. I would expect the Panthers to play better in the second half.
