Yeah i know its early but 2022 draft discussion started pretty quickly too last year.
So far its #1 Bedard and #2 Mitchkov but after that what are players you are interested in for the Ducks ?
I don't see Bedard falling like Wright did at all. Who will be this years Slaf and Cooley ?

When watching Leo's highlights, I would assume he had more points in SHL...because his highlights look impressive, puck handling, puck protection, transition, how he crashes the net-even more than Fantilli i would say...

I know he was paired with a guy who couldn't get a point if his life depended on it for a chunk of the season which definitely didn't help out his numbers.

It's difficult for 17/18 year olds to stay high in the lineup for playoff type teams. I remember reading that when Carlsson returned from the WJC, he was relegated to 4th line ice time and had to work his way back up again. That's the plus side with SHL teams, they aren't relying always on a 17/18 year old saviors, but rather slowly develop them.

In the playoffs, lots of reporting he did tear it up and the production supports it.

no matter what happens I'll be happy with who we get.
 
Never thought we’d finish below Chicago post deadline. Happy to be wrong though. 10000x better to finish 32nd than a few spots above.

In that order. Don’t even consider anyone else. Michkov is tempting but can’t take that risk when you can have one of the 3 above. I’d have taken him at 4, but that discussion is moot now.
