Trending up to me from U18 viewings: Will Smith, Willander, Dvorsky, Hrabal, Hutson, Sandy Pelican, Danny Nelson, Stenberg, Cleveland, Augustine.

Leonard has shown the skill I'd hoped but he just gets buried so often playing his game at his size against peers, what happens at the next level?

Starting to think he won't translate in his current role: Perreault.

For the underagers obviously Celebrini, but Eiserman tries to be a one-man gang so often, like if Lysell could actually finish. But he's got enough size/speed to make it work at this level.

When he's fully grown, I have no doubt Leonard will be a difference maker. It feels like a bunch of players had statement series - Stenberg, Edstrom, the Swedes defense, Dvorsky, Urban, MacDonell - that should have them in good standing with their draft positioning. And there were certainly those who I wanted to see who "answered" questions I had about them like the Canadian defense, Cristall, Heidt or Sale in a way that wasn't nearly as good.

I will assent to your take on Minnetian as well. On the one hand there must be no way Willander makes it to 39 but the guy I saw out there the last few games might not be such a reach at 13. Trade down if you need to and you don't love anyone in that spot? A bunch of guys I wasn't thinking about as top-10 put themselves squarely into that mix, which pushes other guys who were top-10 down through no fault of their own (Sale notwithstanding). Will have to digest a few mocks to see what's a reasonable expectation there.

His Cristall ranking and assessment is interesting too. I'd kill to know what each team thinks of him -- I'm guessing there's a humungous range.

Figures Sabres are drafting 13 when there's a tier of about 12 guys I'd be happy for them to draft in that slot (the top-7, Dvorsky, Wood, Leonard, Reinbacher, Pelican)
I'd be happy if I were you because at least one of those 12 will definitely fall -- probably more than one. Anyway, there could be 4 available and Adams still might not pick them, so it's probably not worth worrying about to begin with.

I might even take Barlow over ASP and Wood and I love the name Matt Wood.
I agree and it would be a much easier choice for me too. No hesitation to take Barlow over either of them at all

(though defer to almost anyone since I can barely even sit through a full non-tournament game of any of these prospects these days).

When I look at that Wheeler list my feeling is between 7 and 17 anything could happen.

Graphs for everything!! But it does let you see who’s stock has fallen and who’s has risen.

That's not a graph, it's an axis.

Haven't seen a ton of Barlow, but what I have seen my concerns are, another shooting winger, and the skating concerns. Leonard in the similar vein I've seen the skating and hands already. If you feel Barlow is clear BPA after it shakes out, sure, no issue, plus there's some sand there. If there's something close in evaluation to balance the pipeline I'd lean that way, I like Barlow but don't think his ceiling is as special as other guys in the top tiers, or rather I just haven't seen it yet.

Leonard is the better physical player at this point.

Damn you for selling a player so well that we definitely aren’t getting!

There is still the possibility of some of the big centers going in that 6-11 range and pushing him down a bit. Wood should probably be in contention in that group. There's also someone like Honzek or even Danielson if a team is day dreaming about Bergeron comps.
