Oliver Bonk is having a strong season for London so far. He has 9 points in 14 games. He’s a decent size RHD that Button has rated as a late 1st rounder.

Gibson is having a good season. But he’s ranked where I have Bonk. Both are in that late first to middle second territory. Assuming the season goes how we think it should, I would not be disappointed if the Sabres took both of them with theirs and Philly’s second rounders.

He's a place holder for the next NTDP superstar in Hagens, albeit 2 draft classes away. Smith is similar to Beniers albeit a tad more skilled
In every draft lottery we have either maintained position or dropped. That will change this year, we will finish 9th overall and win one of the lotteries and pick Fantilli with the 2nd overall.

Despite the losing streak, I know in my heart we won't have a realistic shot at Bedard without major injuries I don't want.
We'll streak on wins when it doesn't matter, and pick 8th or 9th again.
