Doing a bit of internet searching and came across this guy. He probably won’t make the show, but let’s go Red Wings style and draft him in the 7th round this year as a legacy pick, as his dad is a former Sabre

Gibson is having a good season. But he’s ranked where I have Bonk. Both are in that late first to middle second territory. Assuming the season goes how we think it should, I would not be disappointed if the Sabres took both of them with theirs and Philly’s second rounders.

In every draft lottery we have either maintained position or dropped. That will change this year, we will finish 9th overall and win one of the lotteries and pick Fantilli with the 2nd overall.

Would like Musty or But with our first second rounder and D with the other two 2nds. Dvorak being one of those two.
 
Despite the losing streak, I know in my heart we won't have a realistic shot at Bedard without major injuries I don't want.

We'll streak on wins when it doesn't matter, and pick 8th or 9th again.
