then Philly I think takes Dvorsky (which is who I want if Leonard is off the board). I'd love to get Benson, but I don't know about having 4 sub 6' footers in the top 6, seems too small-ball for me.

Anyway, I think if we trade out of #6 to Washington, then Philly takes Dvorsky and then we have the choice between Benson or Reinbacher presumably, since they're both part of the players we took to dinner.

Philly has Reinbacher rumors on them too.

I think the Kings are looking at Tom Wilson and they have more ammo to do it now.

You do know that we had different polls for this (including the hfboards mock) and all of them concluded that the same 5 forwards are off the table, please go to those threads if you want to see our perspective.

I would be totally fine if our first four picks were Dvorsky, Honzek, Strbak and Gajan. I’m not even kidding.

Now that we have Durzi RD , hopefully we don’t need to hear about Reinbacher anymore… I would rather have the Russian D anyway if We had to have a D.. I heard a scout talking about both, and was saying Dimitri Simashev is a better version of Reinbacher with more offensive upside. He said if Reinbacher was a lefty he would be way lower down the list..

in any case this draft is going to be incredible to watch in the first round

Now that would be awesome!! I'd much rather them come away with 2 A assets than several C and D assets from the 2nd round and beyond. Philly is where the Yotes were a couple of years ago, they definitely need quantity. Yotes need quality more than they need quantity.

I think it was 5’9.75 and he’s got a very physically immature, childish looking build and face. There’s more growth there. 100% sure of it. He looks 12 years old. Think Mitch Marner. He was drafted at this size or smaller. He’s like 6ft 180 now.
