Rather have the high upside.
Swing...
For Danielson.

I laughed at this comment because it happens more often than not, lol.
Their draft history is cringeworthy.
Someone's gonna fall. There's going to be d-men drafted in the top 15, probably more than the majority of draft rankings and mocks are projecting. Benson just seems like a likely candidate to be a faller. What are these opinions based on?
How about the other part of that article where they ranked him #2?

As for Mackenzie's rankings, I've seen no indication that they are a mock draft. He's moved down Michkov a little bit in his latest rankings, but it's still not a mock. Ranking Michkov at #2 is perfectly fine - if it's not a mock.
I like Danielson, but I think Wood is the real swing at 9. Major upside.Rather have the high upside.

Corey Perry with a better shot.(and without the antics)I like Danielson, but I think Wood is the real swing at 9. Major upside.
Three 2nd rounders doesn't get you a top 6 center. Hopefully Boston's 1st is in play. But could be telling that Ottawa may accept 2nds and a prospect for Debrincat.
I'd trade back to like 48 and add a 5th if that's the pick. I'd rather target someone with upside than what looks to be another bottom 6 guy. We have savage Nilsson james already in the system need some offense in the lineupIf we keep the multiple 2nd rounders, I'd be interested in Kalan Lind. Dude puts it all on the line and hits everything, but has some good hockey sense too.
If Yzerman picks Wood I'd be so hyped. Wood is a real swing and him getting the Yzerman seal of approval would say a lot. Danielsson would be cool too. Almost leaning towards those two over Dvorsky. Almost.I like Danielson, but I think Wood is the real swing at 9. Major upside.
This is a fun video. Detroit also has a shot at a few of these guys.
We've got real shots at Sawchyn, Perron, Perreault and Danielson. Any two of them is a huge injection of skill into our prospect pool.
skill guys? what have you done with the real ogee
I agree with the first part, but Kasper and Veleno are worlds apart. We HAVE to start going for guys with high ceilings. Otherwise we’re stuck with a bunch of Kasper’s and Veleno’s.
3 first will be great, even late first could give you excellent prospect. My target whoud be just like yours plus Sawchyn , Nadeau, Edstrom and MolgaardHope stevie sticks to what hes saying. We need to make those 2 picks in the 1st. We need to hit on potential 1st line star prospects and speed up the rebuild
If we move 2nds I hope it's to get back into the 1st and target a but, musty etc... and not use it to get a husso type. Use the 3rd in that case unless it's for a young 18-22 year old with real upside not another perlini project
