First proper practice so not going to get too worked about it... But Mikko and Nuke really should swap spots to balance the lineup more and put RyJo in the best position to succeed. At least that's how I view it. Maybe it's to give Drouin a bump but I feel MacK alone should accomplish that.

Kovalenko has signed a contract with you this summer but has started the KHL season... doesn't seem to come over for the training camp.
How is it possible? Is it a case of the KHL not respecting international agreements or it's a special case? Anyone know when he could come over to play in the NHL?

Because he's loaned to Torpedo. Plenty of European prospects sign their NHL deals, but still proceed to spend the year in Europe.
The point of signing the contract now, is obviously to make him eligible to play in the spring. Cut off date is in December I think?
