Really like this move from the Avs. He fits into the profile of goalies the Avs like and currently fit into their defensive play. Prosvetov has the mobility, agility, and size combination the team will love. Shows he can be patient on his edges and has decent structure. He's done well toning down his play and playing within the crease rather than being an unmitigated scrambling mess. The Yotes did a good job getting him to take a jump last year, Parkkila should be able to get him ready to be the 2G here. Potentially for awhile too.

He's a Russian goalie too, which means he's probably even crazier than Nuke.

This should be interesting, cannot wait to see him doing cartwheels in front if the Denver fans. 🤣

Number 50? Ew.

If he changes it to 47 we know we have a conspiracy on our hands.

So almost every team has a news article about their final roster and how that's a big deal. I head over to Avs.com and we have the main story of us signing somebody named "Saige."

Who the hell is in charge of Avs communication because it seems like a vacant position?!

They’ll probably make a Jost-swooning post before they release one about the current Avs roster.
