Young forward core of Terry, Zegras, McTavish, Carlsson, Gauthier, Lundestrom

The issue tho is that only Terry is a right hander, tho. More changes will lukely happen eventually. Gaucher who is a righty could replace Lundy as 3C eventually sometime, but not holding my breath

Perreault's a righty. Then there's NCAA Colangelo, a righty who's scoring is back up again. He's tied with Cutter in the NCAA with 13 goals.

I hope they pan out, but I think you could agree they're below the levels of players I initially mentioned

if thats the case, why aren't we trading gibson, henrique, terry, silf, to get some of these young defensemen
Because none of those guys get us a top 15 pick, and why would you trade terry right now

Gibson is tough to move until draft. Henrique likely only getting a 2nd. Silf we’d be lucky to get a 4th

he doesn't fit the timeline.

Should have traded those scrubs when we could have gotten firsts. Sat on them for too long.

Killorn - Carlsson - Terry
Gauthier - Zegras - Leason/Henrique
Vatrano - MacTavish - Strome
McGinn - Lundeström - Leason/Jones

Question for you guys : every single time I've seen the Ducks play this season (and some last season) I've seen Zegras as a winger. Just how much Center has he played the past 2 seasons ??

573 faceoffs taken in 2022-23, behind Strome (918), McTavish (725), Henrique (669) and Lundeström (602).

544 faceoffs taken in 2021-22, behind Getzlaf (1025) and Lundeström (879).

Many (myself included) think he's better at center than wing. Organisation/coaching staff obviously disagrees.

Thanks for your response.

Who do you call up for Zegras?

I feel like the call's gonna be for Nesterenko since Regenda and Perreault are both hurt ATM, but Tracey's a PPG in his last 11 after a dreadful start, so I'd feel like it'd be a cool reward to see him debut and get a little time up here.

Crap I didn’t realize Perreault was hurt. Tracy would be interesting.
