I swear to God if farabee is traded I'm going to be pissed. He's 24 years old and he easily could have had 60 plus points this season if given proper usage. I’d be ok moving on from Farabee. Don’t hate him, but I have no attachment to any of these guys.

The issue wouldn’t be moving Joel, it’s as usual- what they would want in return.

Flyers pro scouting, and asset accumulation philosophies are trash.

Thank you for the replies I read them all, I understand all the stuff that's going on in the timelines and whatnot but Farabee along with konecny or players I really think would have been legit top line players if they were in other organizations. They're two of my favorites and I can't hate on them undercurrent circumstances, I love watching them play when they're at their best.

TK does have greater value indeed. Do you trust them to target an appropriate return to offset a loss of Konecny?

He’s the closest reason I have for watching, I am a little selfish because of that - I’ll openly admit.

It’s moot I think anyway. ASF has said many times that they are bringing him back, and I think he will get paid what he wants.

This is a franchise that according to scumbag Jones wants to return to being a premier FA destination, and I don’t for a second think they are willing to take a step back in this retool. No way in hell.

It’s so damn depressing. This team just keeps running on the treadmill to nowhere. They obsess over balls and culture as the game just passes them by.

They will be awful next season and, if they had an actual owner who gave a shit, that would give me hope that sweeping changes would occur. But who are we kidding? As long as they can keep selling Gritty dolls and the authentics keep buying tickets, Hilferty’s masters will be pleased. Can’t wait for the April 2025 press conference announcing Torts as a new senior advisor and welcoming Brad Shaw as the new HC.

We will certainly not make the playoffs next year. There should be a lot of pressure to move TK by at least then with retention. If enters without a new contract it will be a contract year and he could career it. That’s a huge return!

Brian Roberts did not get to be the head of Comcast by being a fool. With Comcast Spectacor looking at dropping $2.5 billion on improvements in the south Philly sports complex, having a lousy hockey team there can't be in the cards.
