Dom was bashed from so called fans at least twice (Savard possible trade and Schenn possible deadline trade) that's why they tend to stay away from here.

Its a real shame we can't have nice things. I wish you both (Dom and BCBruin) all the best!
Dom has thick skin and knows better than to allow fans here get to him. I doubt he loses any sleep over it.

I like Okposo - he’d be like Foligno

Hard to figure it out what Donny will do

In 2 months you could add Lohrei, Beecher & Lysell - Regula

I still swing for Hanifin - and if no chance of him now or on July 1 I go after Middleton

Otherwise I let those 4 get another 15 + games and get up

It’s nuts to deal either Lysell or Lohrei without getting a long term very good player

Lysell has turned the corner and he’s fun to watch

Curious as to your opinion of Regula, Dan.

You think he has a shot? Not asking for the moon from him. But as a bottom pair/7th guy? Better that Mitchell?

I was honestly going to throw Okposo's name the last week as a possible guy Bruins could look into as veteran forward depth for the 3rd line but with all my crazy takes lately, I would have likely been obliterated

What needs to happen is Middleton and Duhaime in one deal, then O’Brien in the other. Not huge deals, but the impact from those three would be HUGE. No more back-down Bruins with those three. (Please lose Gryz in a deal)

liam o'brien sucks, he's basically a willing fighter who hits people on shifts. middleton and
duhaime on the other hand, i'll take both for the right price in the right roles.

No it’s a great idea as long as it’s just giving him a chance

Yeh - I’m out on Liam.

Agree on the Wild guys

If they can’t do anything just bring up Lohrei, Beecher & Regula if you want side

All 6’3 to 6’4

You don’t need to fight look at Blues - just be aggressive

Monty seems terrified to go with kids - worse then Cassidy

This wasn't true at the start of the season though. Opening day you have Poitras as a middle 6 center, Beecher as the 4C. Lohrei first defensive call up, and his first NHL game Monty threw him straight into the fire with top 4 minutes against the leafs.

At some point the philosophy changed.

I don't think its a change in philosophy.

When the early exuberance wears off, the kids start to slow down, more mistake prone.

Beecher (-6) still worst on the team. Lohrei (-4). Poitras (+4) but was fading and got hurt.

If we're talking about bringing in players, we need to trade basically the same money out.
Trading just prospects/picks has no impact on salary cap room.
Well, isn’t Gryz making an unbelievable $4 million per? Isn’t Lindholm making an obscene $8.5 mil? The problem is there’s only one GM dumb enough to pay that much to those two and, unfortunately, he’s ours.
It’s going to take a young guy and a guy like Fred to get a deal done. I would move Lindholm, Gryz, Carlo and Debrusk like yesterday.
Obviously, we’re not going to deal all three overpaid D. - Gryz and Debrusk to Minn. for Middleton and Duhaime would be my move. Who wants to jump in line to shoot it down first?

Maybe we can start with that you have Lindholm’s salary way wrong?

Frederic for Middletstadt? I know many like Freddy, but he disappears too often for my liking.

I sweat sometimes we do look at the grass must be greener scenario, and still sometimes are living off the draft reports for players 8 years later.

By the time of the trade deadline Frederick will have more hits this season, than Middlestadt does in his career.

True, but Middlestadt may have more potential, hits are fine, but you can trade for someone like Carrick or Duhaime. I just don;t want Okposo and if they did add Middlestadt, it has to be a hockey deal, can't be giving up more future assets, we do not have many the next 2 drafts.

I believe he could join a team for the playoffs? Exactly what this team needs! Big dude to boot! Maxim Tsyplakov, 25, has been lights out in the KHL (Kontinental Hockey League) this year, scoring 22 goals, 32 points through 48 games with Spartak Moskva in Russia. There have been four teams confirmed as interested in the goal scorer, with a decision to likely be made when Spartak's season ends at the end of February
Anyone? Could he play for a team this playoffs?
