Gauthier didn't dominate the game per se but he certainly had some dominant shifts. First two goals were impressive in different ways, sniping one off the rush and then shrugging off a check to set up a give and go. He does tend to disappear at times, for a guy who can be such a force. Part of that might be being on such a stacked team. Plus BC spent a lot of time killing penalties, which I don't think he does.

Does he remind you of any current players?

Somewhere on the spectrum of Mantha to Zibanejad or Scheifele. Maybe a bit of Pacioretty or Burakovsky.

EDIT: I'll list out some of Gauthier's attributes I've seen and if anyone thinks of a current player that fits that description, please leave the name.

-High-end shot
-Knows where to go to score goals
-Above average skating
-Above average size (6'2", will probably get above 200 lbs)
-Not a bruiser, but also not afraid to hit
-Good passer
-Above average at zone entries
-A bit of a floater, but not totally useless defensively

He's strong on his skates, too. He's not super thick or anything but he's going to be very hard to take the puck away from. A power forward in the sense that if he wants to get to the net by going through players, he can.

Also your list is pretty much what I saw, although I know his scouting reports say he knows his way around the defensive zone pretty well. He's obviously very talented, people should be excited about him.

One of callow's goals now credited to another.

Callow is RD Moore's teammate at Harvard. Moore didn't appear in last night's game. Moore played one game in his return from a LBI and then didn't play the next night last weekend. Dunno what his current injury is or if it's a recurring injury.

Dionicio has a goal, pitre an assist.

Callow has an assist.

Callow's line got promoted from 3rd pairing to 2nd pairing on Jan 14th. The extra time has given that line more scoring chances. What a great opportunity for Callow.

Although, I gotta see it longer than one season. Kukkonen has me gun shy about NCAA forward prospects not named Cutter.
