Well, our coach gives him fewer minutes than Ceci & Walman, both of whom we acquired as cap dumps. And his results are atrocious. We'll probably never find out exactly how Grier feels about him, but he's probably not as high on Ferraro as many think. And I doubt other GMs around the league are either.
Yzerman has shown to be an incompetent GM while Ceci was PURELY a cap dump. We aren't in that position. Mario would have way more value than you think.

Congrats to Blackwood. Thanks for filling in the net while you were here
Great news for me. My first 30 NHL teams are the Sharks, then there's 10 more empty slots but the Avs come in solidly at favorite team #41. Hopefully he can help them turn it around and contend.

#42 is the Canucks because of my best friend, but most of the time they can get f***ed.

I assume we waive one of Georgiev or Vanecek?

A 2nd would be incredible. Kinda doubt we land it, but here's hoping. A 3rd would be fair.
I can't imagine us taking on Georgiev and adding a 5th if we weren't getting at least a 2nd in return. Maybe two 3rds?

We got the 2nd.

I know nothing about Kovalenko beyond the numbers, but it looks like he's been serviceable as a 4th liner. Just don't expect him to score.
