Graves was good looking. Probably no.2 to Landy. Let's poison his food with McDonalds to make him lose hair

Signing UFA Duchene at 3M was a steal. IMO it was by far the best contract signed this summer.

Bert could be a very good fit in Toronto though, we'll see.

Seriously what has Duchene done so far in his career? Every team he’s been on, those teams haven’t done shit. I expect the same with Dallas
The question is off season acquisition not career. Out of those 4 guys I'll take Duchene at 3m

He's a low risk, first line player making 3rd line money.
Like I said, I’m a person who believes luck exists and Duchene is bad luck. Also I think the Stars are overrated. They were being carried by their old players like Pavelski, the only young player that was good for them in the playoffs was Hintz. How much more can Pavelski carry them? He’s like 1000 years old

I wouldn’t take Duchene for free. He’s bad luck, and I’m not just saying that, I really believe he’s bad luck everywhere he goes
Hes been on bad teams. As a depth piece he's a solid add. I am not worried about some bad luck after the cursed season we just endured

There is obviously something with Duchene. He leaves the Avs and MacK takes off. He goes to Ottawa, they don’t make the playoffs. Short stop in Columbus, and actually the most success he had was with the Jackets when they swept Tampa. Then Nashville, makes the playoffs all 4 years but they don’t get passed the 1st round. I mean he’s just not a difference maker is what I’m trying to say. He’s more of a role player but I wouldn’t want him back on the Avs, and I don’t think he’s gonna make a difference in Dallas

I mean Dallas just added a likely 30 goal scorer to their team that went to the conference finals. It will help them for sure.

Ok well, I for one don’t think it’s gonna help Dallas. I think there is an issue with Duchene and chemistry or locker room or whatever it is, but if a team like Ottawa who’s building a winning team and ready to take that next step, gets rid of Duchene, or even Nashville who buys him out then signs ROR, it just doesn’t add up. Obviously there is something with Duchene that teams don’t want to keep him
