Its looking more and more like Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci won't re-sign in Boston. Give them 1 year deals so it won't affect the Landeskog cap in a year and have them chase the cup 1 more time.

Maybe dangle Girard and 31 for a winger. Drake Batherson?

I used to have a 3 monitor setup, but now my typical setup is just a 40" 4K TV with a bunch of virtual desktops I swap between with keyboard shortcuts. So working just on my laptop is still as productive (when I'm not on HF ).

I'm lucky enough that I can work entirely offline since all the services I work on are just dockerized and talk to a local database. It's so nice not having to have internet. My last job required me to VPN to each service. It was a nightmare to get anything done away from my desk.
The secret is to be like me and not have a job.

Seattle makes a ton of sense. They could use an elite point producer on the back end and he would likely push them up a level or two. Plus they can quite easily figure out the money part with Dunn as their only bigger money re-signing (maybe Sprong if they risk arbitration).

Makes a lot of sense for EK too. Up and coming team, generally desirable city to live in, and no state income tax.

Rights to Ranta and a 2nd for a resigned Sharangovich at 4x4.

This Newhook deal gives the Avs a lot of ammo. Is it Schiefele or is it someone completely out of nowhere like Johansen was?
Johansen was not out of nowhere he was talked about extensively in here. Salary was the stumbling block.

LA sold high on Vilardi despite his arbitration case, Kupari is kinda meh (not sold on him), Iafallo is a nice middle 6 piece, and a 2nd is just a 2nd. Still though Jets got some good young pieces who can step into the lineup today and if Kupari breaks out, they got 3 middle 6 guys (Vilardi is really a solid 2nd line wing) plus a mystery box for a guy who wanted out.
The problem I have is how many of those pieces are willing to stay in Winnipeg long-term? Going from Los Angeles as a millionaire to Winnipeg must be one of the worst situations that could happen to you (even though I am not a fan of LA myself).

Who is to say the Jets are in Winnipeg long term? :naughty:

Bergeron will retire or play in Boston. Krejci will retire, play in Boston, or play in his native Czechia.

Money is over rated when a box on Colfax to sleep and the McDonalds dumpsters to eat are totally free.

Yeah, all the shit I like is expensive tho.

Women, Cars, boats, kids.. Although that last one is in the woman category soon. My daughter is a monster lol, well disciplined, but a monster none the less lol.

Another winger that would
fit quite well here.
