No they just get annoyed when people who appear to know nothing about the prospects beyond what they see at HockeyDB come in with a hot take and a "prove me wrong" mentality.

If you don't watch the guys and are legitimately curious about their progress, just say so. You always start from a negative position on everything, though.

Let's review what I said instead of the pure bullshiite you've written.

I said he might become a first-line player someday. I expressed concern because he has zero even-strength points while playing on the top line at Hartford.

You have twisted this into I've somehow said he's a bust.

I apologize for hurting your feelings because you KNOW he's going to be in the HOF someday.

Your watching a guy not score doesn't mean a thing. People here watch things all the time and say insane things.

We have one guy who has devoted his identity to trashing Panarin, by far the Rangers best forward, but I had the audacity to wonder out loud if the top offensive prospect MIGHT not become what people like you, who are in the know, say he will become.

How could I question a noted hockey expert like yourself?

I was way out of line.

Please forgive me, oh royalty of all hockey knowledge and prognostication.

Dylan Roobroeck had a goal.

Vic Mancini scored his second of the season and second of his college career.

Ollas stopped 31 of 34 for the win.

Ty Henricks has an assist so far, but his line is just 4-3-7 in 18 games.

I am hoping Mancini can impress once he turns pro. His strength and skating I think will translate pretty well.

Curious if NYR sign him in spring after this 3rd D1 season. 6'4", 215# RHD turns 22 in May

Awesome that Ollas is playing well. At some point in the next few years Garand should hopefully turn into the backup, and Ollas can turn into the new Garand.

It will be interesting to see what they do with him next summer. Quick and Domingue are UFA. Quick may retire, who knows. I'd like to keep Domingue but he may look for more of a role elsewhere. Lindbom is an RFA. I'll withhold final judgment until the end of the season but right now I would say it's unlikely he's qualified. In any event the Rangers will likely need one or two goalies for organizational depth.

Ollas has split starts with Zach Borgiel since last season--in a very strict manner with the two alternating starts without fail unless someone is hurt. They even did it last season in the tournaments. Borgiel is a senior, so it would seem there's a good chance Ollas would finally be the undisputed #1 next season with Borgiel gone (the other goalie on the roster hasn't played a game for Merrimack). Does he stay in school for his senior season and start 30+ games? Merrimack was a surprise the last two seasons but is struggling a bit this year.

Lindbom has done okay IMO.....right now I'm thinking though we don't re-sign. Not sure why we signed Boyko. Of the two 6'8 goalies Ollas has always put up much better numbers and it's not like Merrimack has ever been that great a team. Boyko played for a crap Kelowna team last year but he seemed crap too. I think Domingue was a good signing for us. Provided stability in Hartford the last two years and his game with us this year was excellent. If not him we'll probably pick up another vet for insurance.

Quick was shit in the preseason but he's been great in the regular season. I could easily see him coming back judging on what we've seen so far. He's shown he can still play and the Rangers are his childhood team. I wasn't a fan of Halak. He's been much better.

Will Smith # Puckhog .
With more than enough time, All Smith had to do is tap the puck over to Perrault who has an empty net from 10 feet out.Instead Smith shoots right into the Harvard goalie.
