Gabe has now scored or assisted on the last 7 BC goals over the last 3 games  The offense runs through him.

Chmelar was good at the WJC last year and what he's doing this year is certainly encouraging, but we won't really know what he can be until we see him against pros.

Yes, 15 in 10 games for Gabe.

15 points in the last 8 games. Almost a 2 point a game player in the last 8.

I don't follow hartford that closely but I doubt he's getting either of those.
He started the year playing 4th line and now is playing third line. No PP1. I've written on the Hartford thread that I would rather have had Sykora in the WHL to work on his offensive game. So far 0 goals and 3 assists in 11 games.

looking at the rankings on uscho the rangers have the leading scorer, or in a tie for the scoring lead, on the number 1, 5, and 6 teams in the country. pretty impressive start. perrault was obviously expected to do well being a 1st rounder, but still, that's a loaded bc team. to adapt and thrive that quickly is great to see. having chmelar and lamb come out as strong as they have is fantastic in adding some depth to the prospect pool. i've really liked the upside in lamb's game from what i've seen. has a long way to go, but he's got a legit toolkit if he continues to progress...he could turn into a kniess level guy. chmelar has a ton to like about his game for an ideal bottom 6 menace. if nothing else, they're playing their way into legitimate assets for the org.
