I’d say about 4 of the 6 goals on him were stoppable at best, and some were downright terrible.
He’s playing almost as old as he looks in the face.
Maybe the Rangers/Benoit Allaire can bring his game back next year? They can sign him as a thank you gesture for how he handed them the playoff series in 2022 by being horrific in games 6 and 7 of the series when the Canes could have closed it out.

It should balance itself out, but it's crazy we are third in wins in the Metro, but are currently outside a playoff spot.

It really grinds my gears. The amount of good I would do with that money, to help people, communities, the environment, also selfishly buy a stake in NJ Devils, but all the good that could have been done….but he does the opposite. I'm still can't over how fun the Islanders are too watch. Figured they'd be like watching paint dry and have a 9% PP efficiency. The good news for Lou is that they can't make him pull anymore hair out!

They actually don’t have a 9% PP? Its run by John MacLean, so I figured that was their actual number.

They actually have a PP and Kyle Palmeri looks like he can score 25 goals again. I trust this team more than Washington and Pittsburgh and I'll throw in Philly too. Better chances of being in the playoffs.

In their, uh, defense, this is their top 6 right now:
Their defensive depth was bad to begin with and three key guys are injured (Puluck, Pelech and Mayfield). The three injured defenders are also their top PK guys.
They have a waiver pick-up, Reilly, in their top 4 here. The made a desperation trade for Bortuzzo, who never played in St Louis.
It’s impressive in a frustrating way that they don’t get their asses kicked.

Isles down 4-0 and getting outshot 36-16 through 2 periods tonight. My buddy whos from Montreal said they look extremely slow. No shot they maintain their point pace all season long
