If anyone bites it's going to mean he doesn't make it to the Sharks. Usually for a player of his caliber it maybe costs like a 7th or something. Could also expand the deal for something of more substance though with Reimer or Holl with Mikheyev's rights just one piece of the pie.
I'd give up a 7th for the rights.

Sure, just not worth a ton to me when he’s a UFA

Check out this Podcast: Marek & Friedman: Ready for a Crazy Off-Season? Marek Friedman: Ready for a Crazy Off-Season?

Friedman talks about how Sharks (and Rangers) play into the goalie market (starts about 9:20 in)
Basically Marek says teams are waiting on the sharks choice on goalies. He says he has only heard its Hill or Reimer, Kahkonens name is not out but Friedman didnt shut down the possibility.

I think Kahkonen stays for sure. He's shown a lot of promise for a young goalie. I understand being down on Hill but he did pitch a shut out right before he was done for the year. I think he has some nice attributes that are kinda Mike Smith-esque, he also has a lot of the bads of a Mike Smith though. A young tandem would be nice to have but it's ultimately redundant.

Reimer is great though and showed a lot of consistency this year that he hadn't in the past. He's definitely a safe cornerstone that seems to like being here. He also has the most value in a trade.

I think you have to go Reimer/Kahkonen but I find Hill kinda alluring tbh

If the sharks were smart they’d sell high on Reimer instead of low on Hill. There’s a greater chance the team gets above average production from Adin two years from now than the aging Reimer. At worst you have two young goalies.
Depends on what they want to accomplish. I tend to believe that the value of goalies are low for what we got regardless. Selling high on Reimer now seems like it would net us a 3rd round pick. Selling low on Hill right now seems like it would net us a 5th round pick. Personally, I don't care who it is as I don't expect good seasons from either here and if they can get a team to take Simek with one of our goalies for next to nothing, they should do that.

Eh. At this point in their careers I think there’s a greater chance Hill has a solid season than Reimer. I’d also rather have the draft ammo than the 2 million saved from Simek. We’d probably just waste it on someone useless like Derek Stepan anyways.

Reimer has alternated good and bad seasons for the past 5 years (.913 .900 .914 .906 .911). I'd be selling right now with Reimer to avoid losing him for nothing next year if he falters. Hill was fine when healthy (can't get that shutout in his 1 game back from injury before never returning out of my mind) and Kahkonen was solid as well. Reimer is the one that should move for the sake of best return and allowing him to chase a playoff run at this latter part of his career.

I don't think those odds are significant enough to worry about who goes first and for what.

Ok then let me rephrase. There’s a better chance Adin is our goalie of the future than Reimer. That coupled with the fact that we can get more for Reimer now than Hill makes him the no-brainer choice to move.
Maybe but the counter to that is that Reimer may be of more assistance to the real goalie of the future for the team in Kahkonen than Hill and is worth keeping over the modest increase in trade value you'd get moving Reimer over Hill.

If that’s the case then may as well fire Nabby and find a better goalie coach.
