He's a UFA this summer, right shot and still fairly young. I wonder if he'd fit as at least a stop gap partner for Fowler. I can't imagine the Leafs have the cap room to make much of an offer.
Physical and big, he'd be a target for me.

I guess you can't really blame him for anything that has happened so far, but for a guy who's only one of 5 goaltenders to win the Vezina multiple times since they changed the voting criteria in 1981, other than his playoff run in 18-19 (largely the Tampa series), Bobrovsky has never come up big or been the better goaltender in the postseason, so much so that it's dinged the way his reputation should be viewed pretty significantly.

Didn’t have have a significant injury and not really the same player in Florida as he was before? I swear he’s been dealing with some injury stuff

You wonder if that one series was because Vasilevskiy was at the other end of the ice. I’m not sure how much he plays for his team.
