I think there’s just a glut of players that we have. Johnsson goes, but you still have Holtz and Zetterlund battling to make the team.

We have a lot of middling forwards . Foote Thompson Zetterlund Johnson Tatar Boqvist

They contracts for Sergachev and Cirelli are a bit high IMO. Thats a gamble they can really pick up the mantle in more significant responsibility and roles.

Frankly I thought Cirelli really struggled at times in some key spots in the last two playoff rounds. He didn't play as well.

McLeod for Pulju might actually work for them. They get a bottom-6 defensive guy they need, Ryan's brother. Minimal salary.

Their cap is f***ed though. I have no idea how they're going to make any deals work.
