There is a big difference between the teams. A lot of the Canadian players looked really good, even the last guys to make the team. Sweden should be different.

The Slovak D were really, really vulnerable to forechecking, lots of lost pucks behind the net.

The condition on the Reinhart trade was that if the Panthers' 2022 pick was Top-10, Buffalo would get Florida's 2023 1st and Habs would get the 2024 pick.

They could have still made the Habs' 1st Top-10 protected, whether it be the 2023 1st or if it was the 2024 1st.

It's just odd that Florida put a Top-10 protection for Reinhart, Giroux, and Tkachuk, but not for Chiarot.
