Dumba played 79 games and had 14 points with bad analytics. He also plays with the intent to injure his opponents so I'm not a huge fan.
Pretty funny in hindsight that the Wild gave up Tuch and Haula to protect Dumba from Vegas and bought out Suter and Parise in part to protect Dumba from Seattle.

That was then and this is now.
They haven't seem to do much to retain his services now.
Hindsight usually provides the answers/ truths when you have the benefit of it. Otherwise it's all opinion and conjunture

I just meant it's funny that Minnesota moved mountains to keep him when he's been ass for 5 years.

It’s absolutely isn’t. Zadina would be competing with Eklund, Barabanov, Duclair, Labanc who are all the same sort of players as him. Hell best opportunity would probably be in FLA or CHI.
I feel like Chicago is legit option, he will get a fresh start playing in the same team with Bedard, maybe even may catch some of the same PP time. If I was Zadina, I would want to go there and try to maybe catch fire playing with Bedard.

I also think going to a contender would make sense. That’s why I say FLA. he should be able to get top 9 time there. I haven’t really seen it when I watched him but admittedly didn’t watch a ton of DET games this year but his defensive and possession stats aren’t bad. He could fit really well on FLA’s third line with Lundell or Luostarinen.

Yep, it could any way with him. Hopefully he gets a decent chance.

This may be rocking the boat BUT if GMMG cannot get what he wants for EK65, I am all in for keeping him here until maybe trade deadline or next summer. He can help some of the young ones (especially Swedish players) and I really enjoy watching him play the game
Once the draft passed a lot of my hopes for trading EK65 went with it. I think if he has a solid beginning of the season. I mean solid, but can't expect him to produce like last season with even less top end supporting cast. It'll be fun to watch him try really hard so he can be traded to a contender. I also feel like maybe some of the interested parties want to see if he comes down with the injury bug again. Healthy and productive Karl at the TDL could open up some more interested parties maybe.
