Not going to comment on the game... Just felt this needed clarification.

Trains leaving Penn station on a Sunday out of the city are like once every 90minutes.

With it being a day game, lots of kids, people are going to catch their trains if the game is not in doubt.

The way this team is playing I see no reason why Blake makes a huge swing. Maybe in the offseason he fills that LHD hole and gets some grit. This team is not a contender maybe next year. Blake needs to bring up the youth in from Ontario and rotate them.

Good thing that Drew was the victim and not the one who spit on Miller. People like Greg Wyshynski and EJ Hradek would probably be calling for Drew to be permanently banned from the league had it been the other way around.

Of course a few comments already on the main board that Drew had to have said something you know what to Miller. So predictable.

starting quick was an unforced error. You get a big win on the Island with Quick knowing that was probably the biggest game of the trip given quicks play. You escape with a win and get to play the Rags on their 2nd of a back to back and Tmac decides to call an audible?

Kings have played solid all games on this trip- there was no need to go off the board and roll the dice with this game. Team had been playing well so why the need? And not saying Quick is to blame- but he hasnt finished a start with a .900 save in over two months.

Sidenote- Walker/Edler just horrible. I feel for Edler who got crosschecked blatantly that went uncalled and then called for the trip seconds later. That said- could Moverare be any worse than Edler right now?
